It is soon going to be the president election which means George.W.Bush will finish his 8-year president work. It's time to summarize his work or to see if he did well in his 8 years.
George. W. Bush is the 43rd President of the United States. He was sworn into office on January 20, 2001, re-elected on November 2, 2004, and sworn in for a second term on January 20, 2005. Before his presidency, George. W. Bush had served for 6 years as the 46th Governor of the state of Texas where he earned a reputation for bipartisanship.
So, what did he really do during his presidency?
I think most people will think of many wars that Bush started. Afghanistan, Iraq..so many places that Bush's fire burned. Especially for Iraq war, more than 3,000 American soldiers and 650,000 iraqis casualty made a dark on Bush's politic.
Everyone doesn't like war, but we can't just think Bush is a bad president because of the wars. When he just became the president, he signed into law tax relief that helps workers keep more of their hard-earned money, as well as the most comprehensive education reforms in a generation, the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. It helps many poor children to get good education.
For conclusion, I can't say George.W.Bush is a good or bad president. I mean everything has its positive and negetive side. What do you think?

Hi Jason - I can see that you are trying to be fair to Pres Bush in that you have pointed out both the positive and negative aspects. Politics is a hot button issue right now with a lot of people especially with Pres Bush. Right now his approval rating is about 36% which is really low. I really do wish that he hadn't used military force so much. I think that there are other ways to solve the problems! It remains to be seen what history will say about his presidency. What will the world say in about 15 or 20 years? Gail
Hey ! i am here to answer ur question about Mr.Bush. I had same idea as u had, i didn't like him because of wars, but now i think he is okay, i guess he knew what to do in the Iraq and he also could handle the problem. He didn't have choice with wars, but he did pretty well with it.!

I didn't pay attention political
news,but I always heard President
Bush from tv.I think he is good president as you wrote,for examp- le,education,tax,or charity,etc. Also,he solves poblems and got many people support him. however,I agree that he didn't use force for Iraq war so that most people did not like his doing, even though
his own country. Sums up, he almost finish his position, next president I hope he/she will do best for people.

Bush did many things i against, while he's successes like he increased the tax to help many workers that I couldnt agree any more.
